Midday words from the Holy Spirit

Notice that unsettledness that comes up during your day. Like you want to rush away this moment to something that you think is missing. Something you think needs to be fixed before you can feel My Peace.
That subtle tension that makes you hold your breath is not from Me.
You tense as a reflection of your own forgetfulness of Me.

Notice it and exhale deeper. Release. Soften. Melt back to Me.
There’s no place you need to reach, I have already gone before you.

See? Now you are living In Joy again, Being Peace again.

All tensions are pointers to what is not Me, what is not welcomed here. I washed it all out. I went before you to give you Peace.

Feel It.
Be It.
