How to Flop your day back on track when your brain just wants to flip everything over?
Ok so today i still made the walking commitment through, although the day did not started as I had planned.
My son tricked me a little bit and we thought he was having the stomach flu, but it ended up being an excuse to stay home with me 🤣 So I decided to bring him on my walk (a shorter version) and as soon as I started I noticed how that familiar feeling of having to perform, push forward came through, the to-do list building up and it was an invitation to relax more, to drop the shoulders again and surrender to tHis moment and we ended up having a beautiful bike and prayer walk in full acceptance of change in motion.
What can happen so often when we don’t take our time in the morning to set our intentions on how we want to FEEL during the day as it unfolds, is that it can get so much easier to get carried away.
There’s often a blessing in disguise, hiding beneath the lesson.

So I wanted to share some things that can help you flip the day around:
1. Use that intrusive thought, that negative self-talk, that doubt as a pointer to bring you back to the present moment, as a way of showing you you’ve drifted away.
2. Distractions become louder when you’re closer to a breakthrough, its a good sign you’re facing resistance (even though you don’t feel like it in the moment).
3. If things are loud around you, become aware of that place in you that is not loud. Stay aware as the one who is noticing your thoughts racing, but decide to not participate in the race.
4. Remain grateful and trust deeper, knowing that there’s often a blessing in disguise, hiding beneath the lesson and at a deeper level healing has happened and soon you’ll see in the material changes start to happen.
And flippidi floppp, before you notice it you’re back on His track. Back In Joy. Here. Floating in His Love, fully operating in ”the world“ again but from Love, from The sweet-spot, from The place where all that you think you are missing or desiring comes from.
