I Am your Path – My direction & destination is Love.

Our paths may appear unique, but the one who holds the path is the same for all of us, Love.

Good morning!

I woke up today and everything was covered with new fresh snow that came over the night. I could hear the wind and feel the cold outside while lying in bed, observing thoughts arising around oh no, I’m so sleepy, I don’t want to get out and take the bus or train, bla bla, you know lol.
But I had to get out and take a little morning walk through this little forest trail, as I had decided to take a little longer route so I could get my steps in. And as I started walking, I could see the beautiful snow that had appeared out of nowhere overnight, and not many footprints were made on this fresh new ground.

And I started to draw this similarity of how every path may appear unique. The steps we take may lead to different ways of sharings, discoveries, and so on, and if we want to follow the path He has called us too we can’t be following others steps or comparing our journeys. Still there is one thing that is the same for all of us. The steps are taken in Love, on and in our common ground, that is Love.

Knowing this, we can be at peace, accepting that we might go on different paths, but still we keep the love. We still stand in our common ground.
This inner knowing can give us peace in accepting goodbyes, losses, redirections, and changes in our life in regards to relationships and places, always allowing grief to have its place in it too ofc.
The most important part is that we have to keep our focus on the ground we all share, Love.

As I continued walking, some fear/thought(same lol) came up around meeting a moose. Chill girl, you’re not in Alaska, but still I observed my pace increasing while I chanted His name.

When I was approaching the village (ok it sounds like I was in the middle of the wild, I wasn’t, but for me this was a stretch lol),
I turned back and saw my footprints and noticed that even if I were to return and go back to the same spot, I can’t go back to that exact step that was taken before or to that exact place where they were taken.

All the while I am still in the exact Real Place as before I started my little journey. Held in Love, standing in Love, growing in Love. So are you!

This Love is like this invisible ground, you can’t see where the snow is coming from but you can see it/feel it appearing Here, Now. Take a pause, breathe, look around, stand still and notice that little joy arising, that feeling of awe. It is always here, still and peaceful, waiting for that frown between your forehead to travel down to the corners of the gentle smile He wants to paint on your face.

Even though our paths may never cross or our steps be ordered in different directions, we are always together. Here, held in Love, walking in Love, moving in Love.
