Love will call you by your Name

You call me by my name, but I am not the same.
I try to fold so I can fit into the old,
but the harder I try to hold,
the more I burn and turn into gold.

You might call it a paradox—
maybe there’s a part of you
that still needs to put me in a box to avoid diving deeper inside yourself.
Yet Love still answers the call,
because it knows there are not two
inside this world with no wall;
it simply is the container of it all.
With a gentle smile, it whispers,
come rest in your own dissolution.

Still you try to name it,
so we call it Love,
all the while we are already Here,
guessing and reaching higher
inside this eternal box,
the container of life’s greatest paradox.

And since Love is always the same,
it will be patient,
and keep calling you by name throughout all eternity, for there is nothing it longs for more than You.
It will keep calling you by name,
so you can rest in its peaceful embrace, beyond all titles, beyond all names.

So tell me,

When Love calls you by Name, how could you ever be the Same?
