To grey it Out or Not?!

Hello

This week among other things have been focused on HAIR!

I finally got time to cut mine. I had been fantasising about cutting it into a bob, especially when I look at my cute daughter, and I was like, “Let’s just go for it!”

But then I backed down and just did the regular thing, giving it a fresh cut.

And lucky me, I had my sister over this weekend, so she did it in the comfort of my own home. And I think it turned out pretty good!

All done with a €3 pair of scissors from Normal.

But on another note… I’ve also discovered SO many new grey hairs.

I thought only my kids were growing, but apparently, my grey hairs have been growing too lol. And my daughter turns 5 tomorrow, so I guess we’re both grown ups now.

So I’ve been debating what to do, do I just let myself go grey and embrace it, or do I start with henna/cassia and cover them up?

The thing is, I also don’t want it to become too time-consuming because I just don’t prioritise that kind of time anymore.

I used to sit for 4+ hours at the salon back in the day, with balayage, highlights, and all kinds of styling. And don’t get me wrong, I LOVE the art that appears through the hands of a hairdresser, but nowadays I’m more pulled towards sitting for 2 hours in church rather than sitting in a hair salon chair.

So for now I’ve decided to grey it out, but knowing the changing of the weathers I might share an after of my hennaed hair in a couple of weeks.

I’ll keep you updated.

Ps! I’m still using Mielles rosemary oil for hair growth and I still love it.

I Love You.
